Access
The SBR collaboration environment enables you to:
- access the SBR AU Taxonomy
- access the SBR AU Report Discoverable Taxonomy Sets
- view the taxonomy, and perform basic searches.
- download taxonomy files for use, or review in XBRL tools
- provide feedback and comments to the Standard Business Reporting taxonomy development team
Access the SBR collaboration environment via the SBR downloads page.
A new collaboration environment will operate from 25 September 2009.
New and existing users need to register for the new collaboration environment.
To register, click on a link to a taxonomy in the SBR downloads page. This will take you to the SBR collaboration environment.
You will see the following screen; select the "Sign up" link to register for the new SBR collaboration environment
When signing up, you will need to provide your name, a valid email address and select a password, as shown in the image below. Note that your password must be at least seven characters long and contain at least one letter and number.
Once registered, you will need access to the ‘For Use’ group in order to view, and post comments, on the taxonomy. To do this, click on the “Click here to subscribe” link as shown in the image below.
You will now be able to view the taxonomy, which will look similar to the image below.
Click any item on the left hand side to see a detailed description of that item on the right hand side. Comments can be added by clicking on the speech bubble icon. In this way, comments can be attributed to specific parts of the taxonomy.
Providing feedback
There are two ways to provide feedback. You can email feedback to SBR or you can post comments using the discussion feature in the SBR collaboration environment.
