Technical training
SBR technical training for XBRL tools is conducted periodically through out the year.
XBRL tools training
The SBR Program provides XBRL tools training for software developers, comprising two components.

Introduction to the desktop tools
Pre-requisites: A familiarity with key XBRL concepts and terminology and the SBR AU Taxonomy.
Trainees will not be required to bring any information technology to the training. Training will take half a day.

The SBR XBRL API
Pre-requisites: To have signed the Software Developer Licence to be granted access to the API. A walk through of the SBR Reference Client may also be included. Training will take a day.
Software developers interested in participating in XBRL tools training may forward an expression of interest to SBR@treasury.gov.au along with the following information:
- Current business name of software developer
- Contact name and daytime number
- Location (limited to nearest capital city)
- Number of participates per location (if multiple)
- Desired Training session/s:
XBRL tools training session 1 : Introduction to the desktop tools and/or
2 : SBR XBRL API.
The SBR Program will register your interest and contact you when planning the next round of XBRL tool training.
