SBR Program Board

The SBR Program Board endorses overall plans, ensures the Program remains within agreed scope and strategic intent and where appropriate resolves strategic issues. The Board also provides advice and assurance to the Secretary of the Treasury as the ‘business owner’ acting on behalf of the Treasurer. Its responsibilities include:

  • providing guidance and assurance that SBR remains within agreed scope and strategic intent
  • considering for approval proposed changes to strategies and plans
  • reviewing progress against planned deliverables
  • providing direction to resolve issues and mitigate risks
  • ensuring participating agencies are aligned with SBRs direction.

  • Executive Director, Queensland Office of State Revenue

    • Board of Taxation
    • Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
    • Business Council of Australia
    • Australian industry Group

The Board is also attended by the SBR Program Director and Program Manager and the SBR Independent Assurer. Board meetings are held 3 to 4 times a year.

 

SBR Program Steering Group

The Steering Group provides decisions, assurance and guidance on:

  • project briefs and plans
  • program plan design
  • performance against project and financial plans
  • project and program outcomes
  • cross agency issues

  • Deputy Government Statistician, Statistics New Zealand (representing the SBR New Zealand Program)

The Steering Group meets monthly.
