Do you need assistance developing or testing SBR-enabled software?

Contact the SBR Service Desk on 1300 488 231 or via SBRServiceDesk@sbr.gov.au. The service desk is available between 8.00am to 7.00pm, Monday to Friday AEST - excludes public holidays and the SBR Christmas shutdown period.

Extended hours for Tax Time 2017:

  • July – 8.00am to 10.00pm Monday to Friday AEST and 10.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and Sunday AEST
  • October – 8.00am to 10.00pm Monday to Friday AEST and 10.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and Sunday AEST

  • Follow any error message instructions displayed by your software - if this doesn't help contact the help desk of your software provider.
