SBR Project Teams

Role

The Authentication, DDCT and GL Reporting Teams are accountable to the SBR Program to deliver their part of the scope. Governance for their work will be provided through the SBR PO as well as within their agency.

Responsibilities

Team responsibilities include:

  • recording key project information
  • ensuring that the necessary resources (both financial and human) are available and committed to the Program
  • keeping the key project information up to date
  • developing initial plans
  • establishing local governance arrangements
  • reporting against plans
  • seeking approval for changes to deliverables, budget and schedule as appropriate
  • raising, documenting, resolving and escalating issues
  • mitigation of risks; and
  • delivery of key project products in accordance with the methodology

Core Services Team responsibilities include:

  • managing design integration and change management arrangements / approaches
  • SBR core services design and implementation
  • overall design integration
  • advise teams of implications of changes
