For help with developing or testing SBR-enabled software you can phone the SBR Service Desk on 1300 488 231 (select option 1) or email SBRServiceDesk [at] ato.gov.au. The service desk is available from 7.00am to midnight, 7 days a week. Closed Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Government agencies

If your agency would like to explore opportunities to use SBR, the next step is to meet with us. You can arrange this by emailing SBRServiceDesk [at] ato.gov.au.

Businesses or intermediaries

If you are having problems using SBR-enabled software to lodge reports, follow any error message instructions displayed by your software. If this doesn't help, contact your software provider’s help desk.
