If you need help developing or testing SBR-enabled software you can phone our SBR Service Desk. The service desk is available from 8.00am to midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), 7 days a week (excluding Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day).

Government agencies

If your agency would like to discuss opportunities to use SBR, you can arrange a meeting with us by emailing SBRServiceDesk@ato.gov.au.

If you are a participating agency and you have a technical issue, phone the SBR Service Desk. The service desk is available from 8.00am to midnight AEST, 7 days a week (excluding Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day).

Businesses or intermediaries

If you are having problems using SBR-enabled software to lodge reports, follow any error message instructions displayed by your software. If this doesn't help, contact your software provider’s help desk. Do not contact the SBR Service Desk.
